Bad experience. Had summer tires put back on and they disappointed me

Great salesperson explains very well
Service department is lacking in basic customer service skills. They are handling repairs from air bag recall. They have been difficult to deal with from the start. Issues with them setting up rental car, parts on back order (I know it’s not their fault), and then they never let us know parts were in. We find out when rental company calls and says Gurley Leep will end rental coverage at 6pm that day!! I had a very easy time getting in the car I wanted for the payment I wanted thanks to Kevin Adank. It was by far the easiest transaction for a vehicle that I have ever had
Troy was very helpful and presented all of my options of buying or leasing and made me comfortable in my decision to buy a 2018 Ford Escape SEL. He also went out of his way to help me transfer my grandchildrens car seats in to the new car and downloaded the Ford Pass app on my phone and showed me how to use it. He actually turned a process I usually dread into a pleasant experience.
Travis was wonderful to work with. He made sure I didn’t pay for features I didn’t want. He worked quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!
We have a 2016 Ford F150 that is in for repair for the fourth time in the last year. The throttle body was first, two recalls, and now the door locks are not functioning correctly. Now I paid close to $48,000 dollars for this truck I asked for a loner vehicle to drive. Was denied the loner and told get a car from Enterprise.
