Sold us a Ford Edge was running good til they changed the oil charged us a extra 300 bucks for wiring issues which we don’t believe now came home with it and now back to Plymouth Oliver ford which found bad cam and engine issues. Do not trust these people
Had this car for a week and I love it! John Clark was a excellent salesman that took the time and helped me conquer my new car buying fears! Told him I wanted a blue car, and even though they didn't have it on the lot, they found me one and went to pick it up so it was there when I got there on Monday! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Everything went smooth!
We purchased a used truck on Memorial Day. 2 weeks later the brake light came on so we took it in for service. We were told that the problem was not the brakes but the instrument cluster. I realize we purchased a truck without a warranty by the Service Department was not willing to work with us on the $600.00 bill. Seriously! I feel taking off a portion of the bill would have gone a long way, shame on you Gurley Leep!
We went to Gurley Leep Southside yesterday and spoke with Travis. He treated us with kindness, respect and patience. We will be back and highly recommend him!
