I bought my truck from them that I did get a good deal on it and the sales crew was awesome But I had to have warranty work done and that went ok but my radio which I was told it would be 6 months to get it in. Now it’s going on 7 months and still have not heard from anyone that I have tried to contract or email on this issue I know it’s not their fault but they could let jee Ed Bonnie Shay is going on. I recently bought a 2017 Ford Escape and worked with Sam. He was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. He was so great to work with! (The whole team was, too😊) My fiancé will definitely be back when he buys his next car and we will pass on the word to our friends and family. Best experience ever! Won’t go anywhere else. I was very hesitant about trading in my 2013 Escape for something newer, but after working with DeAngelo Smith he got me exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. I am beyond happy with my decision and loved the experience I had working with this dealership :)
I had one of the worst experiences at the the south side dealership about 5 years ago. told myself I'd never go back there, friday I got a call from your salesman kasey ham and I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable and relaxed with a salesman in my life! he helped with absolutely everything and treats you like you've been friends for years! I highly recommend kasey to anyone who wants a new car!
They have a great sales staff. Service is excellent and they always get the part or accessory I want or need for my vehicles. Prices are great and they go the extra mile to find you the perfect vehicle.
