This is (I think) the third time that I have dropped my car off to be serviced at Gurley Leep Ford. I bought this car in May of 2019 from this dealership and I have had several issues where the car shuts off while I'm driving. I had it towed to the dealership last Monday. It is now the next Wednesday and I haven't even heard what is wrong with my car. I have had a few text messages sent to me, but none have had actual updates. Purchased a “certified” used vehicle and it died on the highway (complete loss of power) within one week, but the dealership “could not find a problem”. It took 60+ days to repair the vehicle AFTER we had to contact Ford directly numerous times to push the Gurley Leep managers to even diagnose, push the repair and locate parts. Unbelievably terrible customer service and an embarrassment to the Ford company as a whole.
I would definitely recommend this store! Troy Crowel was seriously the best guy to work with and made it the best buying experience we have ever had! He helped make our buying experience quick because of our crazy work schedules which was so appreciated! Also the lady at the front desk was very accommodating of our kids!

My husband and I had been looking for a Fiesta for a while. When I located one at Gurley Leep Ford, which is a 2 hour drive for me, I contacted Troy Crowel. He answered all of my questions and arranged for me to take a test drive. When I arrived for my appointment, he was waiting for me with keys in hand. When I returned from my drive, he made sure everything went smoothly. He was very friendly while assisting me through the paperwork. I highly recommend both Troy and the dealer. Easiest and most efficient car purchase ever.
