We had a great experience at Gurley Leep. Michael Bannister was our salesman. He was extremely polite, NOT pushy and sold the product efficiently and professionally. He had a very positive demeanor that didn’t show any “stuffy” salesman tactics! We were very pleased.
My parents bought a new Ford Edge. They asked me to review everything and come meet the sales person. He was super knowledgeable and very pleasant with my parents and not at all pushy.
The sale went smoothly without any pressure which I appreciated. Troy was great, displayed superior product knowledge and found exactly what I was looking for. He took great care to make sure all the various controls were explained on a vehicle that has multiple features not previously familiar to me.
Great buying experience. I worked with Troy and he was not the standard car salesman in terms of pushy and telling you what you want to hear. It took a month to find the right truck at the right price and they were very patient and helpful in the process. Very personable.
