My husband and I needed an upgrade from our 98 Nissan. Pierce helped us do just that! He was very informative and professional while working with us. He worked within our budget and helped us find our 2017 Ford Escape. He was also able to get some minor scratches and paint chips repaired for us before we took our car home! Pierce was quick to respond to our text messages and questions even after we bought our Escape. Thank you Pierce! It was a pleasire to work with you!

Service department is a joke! Service manager Scott doesn't return phone calls, doesn't come and look at the vehicle to see the problems, seven says his service Department sucks and has been there for 18 yrs but he sucks just as bad! Whitney in service doesn't care about the customers or the issues they have in this department! After a very long week with my car in there for an IOU from when I bought it 6 weeks prior to. Alright so I have mixed feeling about this dealership. The sales department is amazing and very helpful. Pierce Alwine and his team got me what I wanted and where I wanted and would always recommend him to anyone that asks where to go. The service department on the other hand is not so great. Pierce helped me pick the perfect vehicle for me! This was my first buying experience and he made it fun and easy! He asked a lot of questions about what I was look for in a vehicle and the first one he thought of was the winner! Driving three and a half hours to sign the paperwork, the problems began immediately. The car was not test drove after inspection and had a horrible noise. Was told all the techs were out to lunch and it would be an hour wait (after previously telling them we would be in a hurry to make the drive back).
