Best car buying experience todate.. Had to tell my son this was a not normal experience unless at Gunn. Everything was done, out the door in my new Nissan in less than1:45 hours Frank Wallace and the Gunn team was great spot on. I will recommend Gunn NISSAN to my friends. Don Bleistein

Buying a new car at Gunn Nissan was really a stress free event. No high pressure sales - my salesman, Osbaldo Gonzalez, was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Gonzalez listened to all of my comments. The finance person I talked to was great - he is from the Country of Georgia and I think his first name is Ataki or something like that - no high pressure from him either - I really liked that aspect of buying a car. I was able to book same day for a big service. Phone calls from them updated me on the results and status of the repair. And they hosed my dirty car off as well...a bonus.
Just bought a used Dog Nitro. Jay Garcia and Raul Guzman were great salesmen. Extremely helpful and patient. Jay researched the cargo size on several SUV's for me which saved me a lot of time. Also, after I had signed all the paperwork and the deal was done, Jay noticed a section of window weather stripping missing and got it replaced for me that day. And a very special thanks to Mr. Pete Campos, if not for you I would have never thought to bring my car into Gunn Nissan to get serviced. You were super nice and friendly so I figured I would give yall a shot and I am glad I did.
I have been taking my 2006 Sentra to Gunn Nissan for 10 years now and have, for the most part, been very pleased. But this past Saturday they wanted to do repairs equal to more than a 1,000 dollars. They said I needed a new battery and that they had NO record of selling me one three years ago. They said I needed a new drive belt, after they had replaced the original one last June! I left after the oil change and air filter took me out for $75. I'm sad to say I most likely won't be returning.
