William King and the sales team did a good job taking care of us and decently met our needs as far as the sales side goes. Unfortunately, we requested the titan be cleaned well because it was full of sand inside and also had some gunk near the rear window switch, etc. and it appeared that they only ran it through the car wash and dressed the tires.
