A simple diagnostic fee was $140 to tell me I needed brakes and that would cost $600+. I took my vehicle to a very reputable place that did the exact work for around $200. Dealership = rip off. However, to give credit where due, the service guys are very nice.

I am appalled! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I leased a car here last year and they have lost essential paperwork. Their managers and professionals do not return phone calls. I had to actually stop in to get help and they still have not been able to help me because they have lost files that for my understanding they are legally supposed to hold on to for many years. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I left my Nissan but will be shopping somewhere else next time.
