I just purchased my second vehicle from Gunn and again, I had a fabulous experience. From the initial e-mails to set up an appointment to driving off with my new 2017 Sentra, I am very pleased...as usual. Service is always quick to get me in and out. Some things need to be scheduled (i.e. tint, etc) but within the hour, I'm usually out and on my way. Give Gunn a try!

My air conditioner had given up the ghost. Joey Cabello, the express service advisor, was remarkable. Concerned that I would have to wait for hours, he set up an appointment, communicated with the warranty powers & made sure that my my car & I were taken care of as quickly, as fairly, & with as few hassles as possible. The "voice over" ads on Facebook are very, very annoying. You are overdoing it!

You are most likely within our geographic target, which is why Facebook is showing you ads often, but if you would like you can do a couple of actions: • In your Facebook settings, under “Videos and Photos” you can turn off Autoplay of videos. • On the top-right hand corner of any Facebook advertisement, you can click a drop-down arrow and “Hide” an ad. Love the no haggle business model with zero pressure sales. The whole team was awesome but gotta say thanks to my salesman Joe Ramirez for helping me find the right car, & the finance/warranty guy Isaac Chacon who was also no pressure didnt try to push any sales, just listened to what I did/didnt want and got it done
The only thing I have to say is.... They didn't call me when my car was done..this is the second time....

I am very pleased with the senior management and staff. My actual salesman KJ has worked with me on most visits to the location. On my most recent visit I needed to escalate an issue and GM Derrick Alvis met with me and corrected the issue. This is typical of all staff so I just wanted to broadcast this car company and why I return for a vehicle every three years!

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service I've received since I purchased my vehicle. My sales associate has treated me like I'm another number added. I've been trying to work out getting my key fob that I didn't receive when I purchased my vehicle. I've called and called but was never given a call back. I understood the the key fob needed to be programmed to the vehicle and can only be done apparently Friday mornings. I was trying to figure out when I could just pick it up so that I had it.
