Great friendly service. We were in and out within an hour drove my new truck home. Chris was wonderful to work with. We knew what we wanted and he didn’t try to change our mind. I would definitely buy from Royal again

Ellery helped me get into a brand new car. I was not real sure it could happen! Ellery somehow put the magic pow to the deal and sweetened it just like sugar. Great salesman...Great company. Everyone should go there to get their New or Pre Owned. Auto! They are the BEST! THANK YOU ONCE MORE

Showed up this morning for the "FREE MULTIPOINT INSPECTION" that I signed up for only to find that it actually is only free with service. They tried to charge me for a service that was advertised as free. Nowhere in booking my appointment did they say that it required service to be purchased. Can't believe that they tried to con me into paying for a service they advertised as free, AND that they were rude while doing it. They have great service advisors that are very friendly and accommodating to their customers. All employees are 100% honest with the customers, very trust worthy people! The technicians are all certified, and have a hard working team!

Beware of this dealership ! After looking over all of my paperwork I noticed the Finance manager slipped in a S495 dollar charge for glass etching when I specifically told him I did not want any extended warranties etc. After researching window glass etching on the internet I was shocked to see that this is a common practice with many dealerships which is a way for them to make additional money , and a total scam.

On Monday, November 16th I had an appointment at 11:00 for our Takata air bag recall repair on our Maxima. Was told car would be ready between 2-3:00. At 3:40 I called to see if car was ready, I was told Mr. Charles would call back. At 4:06 I was called and told car was not ready because part was not available. I was told the part would be delivered Tuesday and the car would be ready after lunch. On Tuesday, I called at 1:20 to see if car was ready, again I was told Mr. Charl… See more
