I cannot say enough great things about our experience at GUNN Nissan! We had been to multiple other dealerships before we bought and wish we would've just started at GUNN! I bought a car here on Tuesday and everything went so smoothly. Our salesman was Alfred Urias and he was AMAZING. He answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. We told him exactly what we wanted and he kept us in our price range. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and what came with or on each model. Would’ve gave them less than one star if I️ could bought a 40,000 car ask my fiancé to drop it off at the service center to get the oil changed and get two nails out of the tires . Three hours later we get a phone call saying the bills 370.00 dollars cause they just decided to change the air filter and the cabin air filter re align the car and rotate the tires. All at 15,000 miles . Thanks for taking advantage of my fiancé � .

Purchased a car from Gunn recently. Our sales guy, Eric, was pleasant to work with. It was after him that it all went south. Mark Anthony Garcia is a liar. Eric apologized for all that happened but it wasn’t his responsibility. Mark should’ve apologized. Also, they tinted the windows and added a fabric and paint protector that we did NOT ask for.
