Service Center is always helpful and friendly, they give fairly accurate times on when my car would be finished being serviced, only thing I don’t understand is what is the point of scheduling and appointment with an advisor if every time I get there I’m told that they are busy and someone else will be helping me instead. Also, never choose the Advisor, Albert Cantu at the dealership by the airport. Service department has always been on point. Appt was at 4 and I was out with a washed car in 45 minutes. This is the second automobile that I have purchased through Gunn and it will not be my last. Thank you.
