Bought a new Sentra and worked with Frank Wallace. Frank was a dream! Great salesperson. I would give Frank 5 stars. The reason for the 1 star review is the awful experience with the Service Center. I added a spoiler when I purchased the vehicle on 2-13-18. I was contacted by Tim Elkey that the spoiler was ready to be installed. I scheduled an 8 am appt today. I am a Nissan girl, only cars I have ever purchased since my first buy in 1982. Have always had a good experience with sales and service. Last week had a bit of a snafu with a service rep, but manager fixed the problem immediately. I feel comfortable and secure with their service department and will buy another Nissan from Massey again. BTW, still have a 2001 Xterra, 140K miles and driving strong. Passed down to my son, no problems, great vehicles.

We had the best experience at Gunn Nissan, as soon as we arrived we were greeted. We were undecided on what vehicle we wanted and our salesman came out with a list which helped us decide exactly which vehicle was for us. I would definitely do business again with Gunn Nissan.

Bought a rouge from Gunn Nissan had a great experience. Saleman was Alejandro Chavez ( he was awesome) finance Dennis was great too.
