They are snakes. They will wait for you to get up and go get water then get your spouse to sign stuff they have no understanding of. Then when they follow up it is only because they are required to, not that they actually care why the deal didn't go through. The sales manager Jaime could care less about remedying the situation or the inconvenience you went through driving all the way in there. Worked with Frank Wallace on a purchase and he made it so easy and painless !!!! Purchased a 2016 tundra crewmax. Right price right payments , could not have asked for anything else. Super fast service despite being busy! For $62 not only did we get the oil changed but they rotated our tires and did a full car wash and vacuum!
