The car buying process was simple and easy enough. Where I ran into major issues with Gunn Nissan is when I took my vehicle in to be serviced. The service manager repeatedly assured me that my warranty would cover all the necessary repairs to my car, however, 3 days later I receive a call stating that my warranty didn’t cover any of the repairs and I would have to pay full price. I wouldn’t have been upset if the manager hadn’t reassured several times that I wouldn’t be paying anything more than the deductible. To top it off... read more

The car buying experience was amazing and simple .the salesman Jose was great from beginning to end . Issac Chacon in financing went above and Beyond . The. Service Department is. Great they are very detail oriented and strive to get it right and if it isn’t. They go above and beyond to remedy the issue . Definitely going back when ready to purchase a second vehicle.

Decided to get my annual inspection on my 2009 Nissan Murano at one of those Quickie Lube places while having the oil changed. My inspection did not pass because I had a bad leak. Upon review by the mechanic, he said I had a Racquet Pinion leak and the fix was between $1100 to $1400. Had them finish the oil change & took my car to my Nissan dealership on Broadway & 410. Rio, my coordinator had the service department fix the oil leak by replacing the o-ring. And for less than $200 later, I had my car pass the inspection. Grat... read more
