I love Gunn Nissan.Everybody so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure everybody has what they need before they leave the shop.

The sales department is great, the sales team is second to none. It takes a complete team though to run a dealership.The service department needs a lot of help. Do not try and get anything done quickly. You will be waiting double the time they tell you. Then when complete, your psperwork is probably laying around sonewhere.

I just bought a used Honda Odyssey at Gunn Nissan . Best expérience at a Dealership ever ! Found the car on the web , called Felix Macias to reserve the vehicle and flew to San Antonio. He picked me up at the airport with the car i was buying. Back at the dealer everything was like their advertisement says : simple. Plus the staff was so nice . Felix had prepared all the paperwork. This was my 1st 6 month service for my new Nissan Murano. When we arrived for our 10:00 appointment it was busy, so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt when 3 people addressed us without actually helping us. Then the person who did help us did not log in to see what warranty I had purchased. My car was not washed when I picked the car up. I have been very pleased with Gunn Nissan and my sales rep Massie. My last 3 cars have come from Gunn Nissan. In addition to liking the autos a great deal I have found that the type of service I receive is just as important as the auto. Your service department is without equal!! Yesterday I came in for just regular maintenance i.e. oil change, tire rotation-nothing “costly”. I came out to a freshly washed car.
