The last time I brought my car in for service was the best experience I have had so far with service department ,that being said it was the third time related to same issue. So I will check my car when I have to bring it back,before I leave. Passenger door would not lock after service and I could not get it back in (I had a lot going on that was more important)so it was that way for a while.

My wife & I made the mistake of starting somewhere else to purchase her 2018 Altima. We are the type to do our homework & she knew what she wanted. We were pre-approved on our financing and ready to shop. We spent three days at the other dealership and told we needed to look at Sentras in order to get our financing. Great service on my 2010 Nissan Murano. The ABS system had to be replaced and the technicians and service advisors were excellent and very professional. I will be back for other service on my Murano.
