These are the reasons I was not happy with the service call of this time. I sent my granddaughter to have the oil changed and the service advise tried to sell her more than what the car needed. Examples: 1) Filters 2) Tire rotations 3) Tire balance There are other items that were suggested but can not remover all of them. If you pull the last arrive record they are noted on the record. I was in for recall servicing of a passenger side airbag recently, and the service I got in the Service Center was deplorable. My contact individual didn’t even greet me with a simple hello or welcome, had no real interest in helping, and made no effort to speak above the level of a mumble/mutter, so I could hardly understand him most of the time (for clarification, when PAYING customers and coworkers spoke to him, he raised his voice considerably and was extremely intelligible). Awesome service. KJ Jackson is an great guy to deal with. This is my third car bought from Gunn Nissan. There customer service is top notch. If you are looking for a vehicle, you should give them a try today. You will not be disappointed.

I will not take my car anymore to Gunn Nissan. My car has only 40000 miles and is in great condition. I took it to get service for oil change and alignment (since it was due time). My bill was more than 1000 dollars. I heard on TV that they usually do this when they see a woman. I never thought it could happen to me. 600 dollars for labor Car was inside 2 hours. Wow. More than a lawyer or physician fees. If it was not necessary what they did is too bad. And if it was necessary that means Nissan is not as good as I thought
I don’t recommend buying a used car from these people. Mohammad is the worst sale person ever! Bought a car, after the first week nothing but problems. My advice shops else where, unless you like problems.
