The sales and service departments have always been helpful and honest when dealing with all of my needs. The lounge is comfortable and has many modern amenities. If you have to leave your vehicle they have onsite rentals. There is also a shuttle available. Great place to do business!

We always have a great experience when we bring our car in for regular maintenance. I arrived early for my appointment and my car was taken back with no issue. I was in and out faster than I expected to be.

Elias Marroquin was professional and courteous while keeping me informed about services being done on my car.
Had a great experience here! Elias took care of my recall and washed my car and did an extensive inspection for me and was very attentive and made sure I was always updated on my car while it was here!

The guy who helped me out was not knowledgeable or was being lazy. The previous time I went the service was I would rate it 3.5 to 4 stars. The first time I went for an oil change and that was completed. Cool. I was told the air bag had a recall and they would order the part. I declined and said “I’ll do it next time”. Upon doing a pre trip on the Nissan Pathfinder as I got ready to go to South Padre Island, Texas I noticed Gunn (I didn’t know I had to baby sit them since I wasn’t going to a back door mechanic) Nissan didn’t... read more

They took care of me and even though it took longer than expected they certainly made it right and easy for me to pick up my vehicle. They kept in touch with me and communicated and issues and I appreciate that.
