I took my vehicle in for an oil change...was advised there was a 2 hour wait..I waited and set the timer on my phone, my car was finished in an hour. Great service and they washed my car.

After two disappointing trips to have rear window repaired on new Murano I was treated very well this past Saturday. Kept us informed why it took longer than expected and was even given a ride to the bank across freeway when it was getting late for me to get there. Rio was a great service person for us that day.

I was very disappointed with the service which I received. Brand new 2018 Nissan Murano and had problems with the front sensor constantly coming on. Took my car in had been told would provide a loaner. Told because I have State Farm Insurance they would not honor that. I explained I had full coverage had spoke to my agent still no. Finally after 14 days of being stranded and emailing the GM was offered a rental. Was told no part available, ordered at least 4 times, ONLY TOOK 28 days to fix my car. I gave a 3 because even with an appointment it took over 2 hours.for oil change and tire rotation. Don't know if this is typical since this was my first service

Rio was fantastic from start to finish with the services I came in for, and there was no pressure to perform any extra work. I already have maintenance scheduled in a couple of months due to his honesty and friendliness!
