The staff are very courteous, seating is comfortable and they have Starbucks Coffee, water, snacks. I appreciate them washing my car too.

I've gone twice already to service my vehicle the time n guality were excellent only prob was that my vehicle was supposedly registered to someone else. Which I found funny cause its only 4 months old. Lol got new w 0 miles. But it was straightened out w no prob. Love it.

Came to me with a trade offer way less than fair and a New Car Director informs me that we cannot negotiate on that. I under the no haggle part of Gunn on their prices but to not do it period is no good esp for a 1st time custtomer and when the salesman said we could neg on that item.
