First time coming in for a repair. Staff were amazing! So professional and a great sense of humor. I am glad I decided to go with Nissan 2 years ago. Thank you Ed!
Made an appointment 2 days before to get oil change and tire rotation @1:30 got here early 1:15. They said sir don't have much we'll have you out in a a hour 2 1/2hrs later if I didn't go check they would have not noticed they lost my keys and none of the maintenance has been done. Mind you I asked on the status of my vehicle cause my 5 month old daughter was getting fussing.

Went there to get a Rogue for my GF and found a great deal on a used one in our price range. KJ our salesman was great attentive but not pushy. Easy going experience. Next car we will be back in a year or two for me.
Sales Representative kyle johnson was able to answer all of my wifes and my questions on the Titan XD Pro 4x4. When we are ready to buy we will definitely be seeing him.

Brought my Nissan Altima into Gunn for scheduled maintenance and recalls. The work took more than 24 hours. We were given approximate time and cost. When picked up, my Altima is like new!!!

I visited for my 20k mile service. I got my tires rotated and everything checked out ok w/exception of a leak in my power steering hose. They had to order parts for replacement but didn't tell me the status of the leak of my current ps hose. It drives or steers good but disappointed that they didn't have the parts to fix the day of my visit.
Very good service and I was impressed how easy they made the whole process.
We went into Gunn a few days ago and purchased our pathfinder. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Their no hassle policy made our car buying experience very stress free. We left with a fantastic deal on a wonderful vehicle. All our questions and concerns were answered with professionalism, and we appreciate the follow ups we have since received from our salesman making sure everything is still going well.
