Great experience buying a car at Gunn, but I expected the same standards with service and was disappointed. Total lack of communication as to what was wrong with the car and when it would be done. I think they would have let me sit in the waiting area until they closed if I didn’t speak up for myself and ask for a rental. I had to call and ask about everything, no one called or texted any information. The work was fine. In the future I won’t be taking it there for service

I always take my vehicle to Gunn Buick GMC on IH35 for maintenance etc. they are very professional, friendly and considerate plus they always have a coupon I can use on the services. Take 5 would have charged me $25.00 more than the dealership. I used to think the dealership would be more expensive. It’s NOT
