Gunn has always taken great care of my vehicles
I made it clear to Mr. Cooper ,service advisor that this was our first maintenance checkup and that we were not familiar with process. We were there for 45 min. No explanations just that they were done and sign here. Mr. Cooper kept emphasizing to complete survey as it would be beneficial to him. It was not till I got home that we noticed that Mr. Cooper had texted recommendations that we were understanding that they were covered under bumper to bumper warranty ; that were not discussed as he had me sign papers!
