Bought a used GMC Yukon XL Denali from them. The dash had a small crack to begin with and they offered an interior protection plan. I have experience with GM dashes cracking bad and asked if it was specifically covered and the salesman said yes. After a few weeks of phone calls and being blown off, I drove up there only to get the run around. Salesman admitted he might have said that but dealership won't do anything about my cracked up dash.
