Took truck for service repair and after 2 months of waiting, I still have no repairs done.. I have called 3 times and all they said was that they called and didn’t get an answer, which is a big LIE..

We had a battery issue while on vacation in San Antonio and found our way to Gunn GMC where we bought our Yukon. After contacting Chris Jones our sales associate of our issue he contacted the service department we would be arriving without an appointment. We were received as soon as we arrived and our service advisor Ricky Little went out of his way to take us to a local restaurant when we informed him we had not eaten anything the entire day and it was already 3pm.
