My truck been at the Gunn Buick since Tuesday last week. Between the extended warranty and the dealership service advisor I'm about to lose my cool with them!!!!!! Warranty claims department say they waiting on dealership they want answer or return call. Dealership say the waiting on warranty claims department. I called both of them atleast 10 times today... let's start with actually having the listed equipment on the sticker present on the vehicle. Very disappointed with the experience.

It was my first time there & I just stopped in to get an oil change and tire rotation done on my GMC. They were nice & courteous. Also they told me about the specials they were having. Not a long wait,, just over an hour. I will be back.
