I made an early appointment for an oil change and when I got there I was told it would take at least 3 hours (they lost my appointment) I didn’t have 3 hours to spend for just for an oil change; so I was rescheduled to come in at 7 am on Memorial Day. I would be the first person to get my oil changed. They misplaced my appointment again, and still took over 2 hours. Rethinking getting my oil changed at Gunn if it’s going to take 2 hours.

Traded in for a 2018 Buick Encore. Gunn offered me the most on my trade-in and found every possible savings/rebate they could for the new Encore. David was my sales associate (and it was his first day) and was eager to assist in anyway. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking at getting a new GMC or Buick.

Just bought our new Acadia and absolutely love it. The staff was AMAZING!!!! Tarquinius Payne was an amazing salesman really listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to put us in something else. Thank you so much. Also thank you to Richard Roe manager and Richard Hernandez in financing. You three make a heck of a team. Will definitely only shop you guys!!!
