Took my truck in for recall and warranty work. Gave them some sounds and things I thought were wrong with my truck thinking they would “check” them out without much result. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call and they said they were replacing some parts. They then said it was going to have to stay the weekend. I was ok with the service . I was very upset with the way i was treated by the service writer. I explained what had happen when i brought the truck.. she told me there was no way it happen then.. and that the damage was recent... she called me a liar ! It was not on show me the facts. The truck was damaged even the door handle was super glued. Back when i purchased it and I was told it wasn't super glue it was Gorilla Glue.. Ha ha... In all fairness the trouble was fixed .. Completely unsatisfactory as far as service goes!!! It is not the same as it used to be. Had my Yukon serviced twice there and got a SCRATCH on my paint EACH TIME. Had to argue my case with Stephen young until we found photo evidence. I didn’t feel valued as a customer or like my issue mattered at the time because the service department was “short handed”, not one follow up phone call or returned email about the situation either!!!

Gunn GMC did a great job with the oil change & tire rotation. I arrived earlier than my appointment & Steve Young took my Terrain & had the service work done very quickly. I highly recommend Gunn GMC for your vehicle..

Heard major squealing from my brakes. Gunn checked them twice and said nothing was wrong. Got a second opinion, and saw for myself what was causing the problem - brake pads very unevenly worn and rotors needed to be turned. I doubt Gunn checked out the problem at all - which is scary on something as serious as brakes! Will take my business elsewhere.
