From start to finish, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Kim Patterson and Derek Andrade were exceptional. My situation called for them to have to jump through a few hoops, which they did flawlessly and without question. I will certainly recommend Gunn to anyone that will listen and when the time comes, I will be back to purchase my next vehicle there .
Made an appointment on Saturday for today two and a half hours later, with two kids the vehicle is finally ready! They did give her 15.00 dollars off but said that she told the service technician that the internet said it was posted for lees on oil changes, which she did not say anything about. What was the point in making an appointment? All the information was given to the service technician at the time when appointment was made but had to give it all over again when she arrived.
