Do not make me wait so long. The car was ready to go yet no one told me and just let me sit there with screaming kids running around. I will never take my car to Gunn.

Went in to pick up my license plates for my Buick Enclave today. I guess Mike (sales) heard me ask the receptionist for them. I told her I would put them on when I got home. As I was walking out, there was Mike with an electric screwdriver. He walked out with me and put the new ones on as well as answered questions I had about OnStar. Mike did not sell me my Buick but was more than happy to help a Gunn customer. Excellent customer service by Mike and I will definitely refer to Gunn and in particular to Mike!
Took my 2015 Yukon XL for recall on A/C condensor cooler issue, seems like some condensors were cracking creating a leak which in turn would make a/c not work. Was told that due to that vehicle was over 3,000 miles of the specified warranty of 60,000 they would not warrant and the repair would be over $1,000 They would not even do a good will warranty. Seriously worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership service department. They have had my truck for 5 hours, and I can't get a hold of anyone, no one will return a message, including the service manager. I wonder if the Spurs know how terrible these guys treat their customers in the service department? 2nd time I have had an issue with them.
