I enquired that I needed a survey of the wall ties, lintels and chimney breast pointing doing Patrick was really helpful and he completed the survey the same day I enquired and later in the evening I had the full report and quote for work needed, would really recommend anyone to use GUD Builders, thanks again 👍

I’ve used GUD Builders for Damp Reports a few times-fortunately never found any damp but I have always found him very helpful & prompt & has given me lots of useful suggestions for controlling condensation. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.
GUD have just done a great job on a bay window. We had had soaking walls inside and these guys found holes in the pointing, gutters that needed work and some water leaking into the bay. Got the job done effortlessly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
