i just had an mri done - a sunday appointment which is great for those who work during the week and cannot easily take time off - at the upland location on grove ave. just south of foothill blvd. i checked in with the receptionist who was very patient and sweet to me, even though i was a few minutes late due to originally checking into their x-ray office in the building next door (check-in time is earlier than actual appt time.) i quickly completed paperwork, and then immediately was taken into the back for my mri. no waitin... read more
I loved it, I went in at 7.30 and it was fast the girls there were very friendly. I recommend this place
Overall experience was fine, just took a very long time to finally be seen.

The worst. If you can avoid, please do. There are many better locations that can help you. I came in at 4:20, never got called up. I complained after an hour and they asked me to be patient and said I was coming up soon but never asked my name so clearly they were lying. 20 minutes later, I complained again and asked to speak to a manager. No mangers available. They figured out that they never checked me in. They refused to give me their names because they knew they were wrong and didn't do their job right so were afraid of ... read more

I had a Saturday afternoon appointment at their location on Haven then they called and switch it to Grove. The Staff was very nice. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful with the paperwork. I walk with a Walker and they held the doors open for me. The young man doing the CT Scan helped me on and off the table. He told me to have a nice day, and as I was leaving another youn man working there held the door open and also told me to have a nice day. It was a very pleasant experience.
