Very professional & understanding. The moment i arrived, the front desk was very helpful & didnt keep me waiting long.
I'm a regarular at Grove Diagnostics Imaging fighting Stage 4 Dbl Breast Cancer and other areas. The staff is wonderful and caring. I'm currently in Clinical Trial @ City of Hope. Sonce being diagnosed with Cancer the Staff becomes a family. Thank you
Although where to go was confusing, the time from arrival to departure was super quick, the front desk was busy, the place is full, but they handled it professionally, it's not a hotel or restaurant so they shouldn't act like it is, they have tons of work to do. Having worked in a fast pace office while handling customers, I get it. All in all, pleasant experience.
I only get one ultrasound with my insurance and this was the most awful experience. This is probably my last baby, but if I had a choice I would never use this place ever.

Although I waited about 45 minutes the place was packed with people. But they were calling them quickly.
Waited for 3hrs worst clinic ive ever been to hungry as h€ll.I will ask my doctor to change this. ���

The wait was SOOO long!! I'm glad I don't have to go back. 2 hour wait for a 3 min x-ray..
