They were very courteous briefly explained what was happening and told me where to go and get a copy of the scan and how long it would take before it was ready and when to let the doctors office cold check before the written copy would be available
Wait for 2 +hours is not what anybody wants to do. The waiting room was full of people no chair available, not please with the experience in your office😔😔👎
Everyone was patient caring and understanding of my situation.
I got there at 3:30 and l left at 6:50 when I got there I asked how long was the wait time they told me an hour and a half probably wouldn't have stayed if they would have said three and a half hours

This was the worst experience I have had here and I have had to get X-rays once a month for 4 months. I waited 3 hours for an X-ray only to find out they had 1 technician working. They should have been up front when people were checking in. In the first hour I was there they called in 5 people. It was so crowded they ran out of seats in the waiting room. I was the 7th person in order to get the X-ray when I arrived at 3pm and finally left with my cd of the X-ray at 6pm. I will never get than time back.
The staff was very courteous they let me know that it would be a two hour wait at 12:30 and I needed to pick up my granddaughter from school at 2:25 they signed me in took my orders and insurance and said when I come back just check in at the front desk which I did and I only waited 15 minutes till I was called x-ray tech was very polite
The service was poor, waiting room over crowed, they lied to people telling on phone the waiting is 45mins. to 1hr. In actuality the waiting was 2-4hrs. I met a 91yr. & 102yr.old clients who had to endure this hideous waiting time. I called their corporate office that day, I did get a return call from them & something was initiated to help relieve the situation. There was more that day, safety of clients was an issue, they didn't have water are any such , not even magazines, their TV stayed on advertisement for the company. ... read more
Long wait times for X-rays, I think you should be able to make appointments for X-rays as well as have walk-ins. I think having appointments would alleviate long wait times for walk-ins. We were also told that the wait was an hour but we waited almost 2 hours before having the X-ray. I’m rating this a 3 only because it’s close to our home.
