I had an appointment today so it was quick and easy. I have had to wait before but today was excellent.
We were walk-ins and didn't have an appointment. The staff told us the wait would be long 2 1/2 hours. After we were checked in and processed we were able leave, drop off paper work at another facility, have lunch. We returned in 2 hours, we're called 15 minutes later. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. All while being short staffed and over crowded. Use your time wisely and make the best of the situation.
Perdón, por las personas que tuvieron una mala atención, no se que pasó porque est mañana, yo tenía cita a las 9 y, llegue 15 minutos antes, y a las 9 , con 5 minutos me rec ibieron, esa es mi opinión, y ojalá a todas las personas que vayan se les atienda como merecen, estoy a gusto con el servicio que me dieron las señoritas de la entrada y, a todo el personal s muchas gracias por su atencion
I made my appointment. I arrived early. I was seen early, and I left early. The office and medical staff was polite and professional. It was great.
RecommendedThe lady at the desk was quite helpful. Although the forms you have to fill in are quite confusing. I have had several CT SCANS at this facility and they are quite efficient.
Not my favorite pastime...but when you take your health care seriously; Grove Diagnostic Imaging will take care of anything you may need with a courteous, and helpful caring staff. Thank-You.
Waiting time sucks. Need more help, so people don't wait to long with or without appointment .
Good service. A little bit of a wait. But I needed X-rays for two different Doctors. You just have to be ready to spend part of your day there. Chairs are comfortable. So no problem. Walk in only for X-rays
I just had 2 MRI's done the technicians were great and very patient, the only thing is the gal at the front desk didn't tell them I was there til after I turned in my paperwork so it ran us a little late. Other then that it was awesome!
