They are always helpful with reminders and are very patient with me.
I had an appointment and arrived 15 minuets early like they asked. the staff is friendly and took me on time! My technician was very sweet .

Staff are consistently professional and friendly. The wait times are awful. The waiting room today was freezing & filled with very loud children. Bring headphones (for you & your kids) plus a sweater to weather the storm!
