Inspite of the facility being so busy, the staff are working hard to accommodate all patients, those with appointments and walk-ins. The staff are professional, helpful and have good customer service excellence.
Horrible horrible wait. Can’t make appointments for X-rays. Walk in only. We waited for more than 2.5 hours!
I had to have an early MRI and the staff was outstanding. I needed assistance filling out my form and also I needed a wheelchair and they accommodated me in every way. Thank you so much you girls were awesome.

went to the Haven Ave. center only to be told they don't take walk ins anymore. had to go to the Grove Ave. location. waited 2 hrs. for an Xray

I arrived fifteen minutes earlier than ny appointment and few are in queue.The staff and technician are quite nice and accommodating. I didn’t wait that long to get my cd copy of the ultrasound. Over-all, I like the service.
