I was very disappointed because they changed their policy for xray and didn't notify patients. Xray used to be on a walk-in basis only at their Grove and Haven locations. Now their Haven location takes appointments only. I took my 86 year old Uncle for an xray to the Grove facility that still takes walk-ins and had to wait 2-1/2 hours before he got his xray! Staff is fantastic it was easy to make my Appointment and they did a great job of communicating with me about my copay and any questions I had. My appointment started within 5 min of my scheduled time and went really fast!
The wait time was a joke 2 and a half hours stupid waste of time
They make every effort to help move the process along. Too many walk ins. WAit times sometimes are a challenge.
People are great. Never had to weight any longer than 30 min for my apartment.
Terrible. Avoid if you can. Like a cattle drive. They told me to comeback at 8am for X-rays to beat a 3 hr wait at 4 pm The previous day. I got there at 7:30 and there was 25 people in there and 10 people had previously signed in Ahead of me. so I had to wait an hour and a half. It is like emergency during flu season at a hospital or it’s the urgent care of diagnostic. I used to go to Center Lake imaging and there is only seven chairs in the waiting room at any given time including walkins .in and out in 45 minutes or less .... read more
There must be a better way to have people come in for an x-ray. I don't see how only allowing walk-in appointments and waiting 2-4 hours is better than just making appointments.
My wife was satisfied with the technician he was professional and patience to do the prostitute. Thank you.
