With 3 xrAy machines. They had 1 tech. Took 3 hours to get a chest xray.
This is the worse place EVER! Radnet is under capitations agreements meaning they will cut corners and cheap out on anything they can. I don’t know why they bother to ask for survey on their quality when they never change . I feel very sorry for the conditions the staff have to work under since all this cost cutting comes from upper management. For a routine X-ray you will wait 3-4 hours. Had an appointment at 7:30am checked in was seen on time. Besides the reasons for having to be there, I had a good experience.
I didn't have to wait for s long time because I had an appointment
I had no appointment but they got me in for a hip stay. Had to wait 1/2 hour on Friday morning, but the hnician was gentle and got me in and out with no pain.
Had to have an X-ray done, checked in and out in an hour.
This place was horrible! I will do my best to never go back! Four hours to have a foot x-ray that took the technician about 5 minutes. The front office was nice, but if they would have told me that I would have to wait for three+ hours! I would have left. Apparently this is the norm for them. People were actually standing at times because there were not enough chairs. Radnet runs this facility like the county runs the hospital for the needy! I have insurance and this was Totally unacceptable.
My son had to have xrays done. We waited a very short time to get called. Our tech was very friendly. Thanks for a very pleasant visit.
