I though the front desk was full of rude people without information not only they are rude but have a very unprofessional attitude. I waited 3 1/2 hours to take an X-ray when I requested I got upset for the lack of compassion tours the client that were wIting to be seen. I will let my doctor or who ever can listen not to use grove diagnostics. This people are getting paid by insurance they need to manage their attitude and the lack of service.
This place sucks always has, thought maybe since remodeled it would be better but as usual 2 of the 3 machines were down and they said it'd be at least 2 hours. Go to riverside or Corona newer places later hours and really nice employees.
My daughters appointment was at 8 and we where done by 915. Paper work and all. The MRI lady was awesome!! Front desk lady awesome and helpful. Nothing negative our experience was great..
I have had NOTHING but Problems with this Place.. My Daughter has had some issues which has required First an Ultrasound, which was messed up three different times.. Then she needed an XRay for the the same issue, first night we went, NO X-Ray Tech on staff.. Why are you open until 8pm.. Had to go back the next day and Wait 2 hours for an X-Ray.. Slow, slow, slow! Assembly line service at it's worst.
We got there just after 5pm. By 5:25 we were walking to our car after having chest x-rays taken. Very efficient, yet everyone we dealt with were quite pleasant and helpful. Surprised, but glad to have such a positive experience!

Long wait,but enjoyed looking at TV and I surely couldn't do a x-ray on my foot. Second visit.
There's a 1 1/2 wait just for X-ray , the receptionist are not pleasant they need a class in customer service, the patients only ask a simple question and their response is its 1 1/2 wait or you can go to another location or schedule a appointment I was seen over at the Rancho location yesterday also, the receptionist had me to sign in and have a seat, it took another 30min for her to call me so I could fill out my paperwork ,
