This place is not organized and make people wait for 3 hours for a X-ray not professional at all
Today I had my first ultrasound for my pregnancy and the technician refused to allow my husband to come back with me to see the baby. When I asked if I could take a video of it for him to see, she started reciting policy. She was a complete bitch. In my opinion this technician should be fired. Horrible bedside manner.
Worst experience ever today! Got an ultrasound and was completely disrespected and the tech was a bitch! She wouldn't leave my personal belongings alone. And she complained about having to do my ultrasound and wouldnt stop questioning me, like shut up and do ur damn job. She was so nasty toward me and laughed when I told her I had miscarried. I felt violated. I will be calling to report her tommrow morning. Don't go to the Rancho Office on Haven!!!!!
The girls at the front desk are professional and patient but an hour an a half wait for a chest xray is completely unacceptable.
If u have to have your blood drawn this is the place you want to go to have it done lol.
