Very nice people when you finally get to talk to them. Their AI call service is kind of a pain but very pleasant when dealing with a real person. Lots of classes offered.

Grounded was my happy place for the 2 years we lived in North Bay (we recently moved) Everything was well run and friendly and yoga helped me get back into shape. The only negative experience was when Erik left last year. We found him to be very kind, friendly and a great teacher. He was definitely missed for a long time afterward! Other than that, my experience there was very positive and I’ll miss everyone there! If I’m visiting North Bay in the future, I’ll be sure to drop by for a yoga class or two! -Sonya

My son just celebrated his 6th birthday at Grounded Studios. I will recommend 10/10. The party was a blast! The staff were amazing! They took care of everything — it made the day stress free and enjoyable. Great atmosphere and hope to return to enjoy other activities they offer.

Instructor was friendly, very thorough and explained things in detail. Kept it light and included some humor, and was very conscious of the fact that it was my first time ever doing yoga. Shout out to Jaye!

Amazing service with staff members that are obviously passionate about what they do. The time and patience spent to explain everything from yoga poses to memberships was exceptional. Very warm atmosphere and accepting of all. Highly recommend Grounded Studios!
