Wonderful instructor, Leslie. The heat for the yoga room was very good, and like that you have a shower in the change room. Friendly staff overall

Very nice people when you finally get to talk to them. Their AI call service is kind of a pain but very pleasant when dealing with a real person. Lots of classes offered.
Grounded was my happy place for the 2 years we lived in North Bay (we recently moved) Everything was well run and friendly and yoga helped me get back into shape. The only negative experience was when Erik left last year. We found him to be very kind, friendly and a great teacher. He was definitely missed for a long time afterward! Other than that, my experience there was very positive and I’ll miss everyone there! If I’m visiting North Bay in the future, I’ll be sure to drop by for a yoga class or two! -Sonya
