This is the worst travel experience I ever had, including ships, airplanes, buses, trains. Customer services only say “there’s nothing we can do here” which is unbelievable!

If you have other means of transportation please use them. They oversold seats on the bus so we had to wait almost an hour for another bus. The manager was no where to be found because she locked her keys in her car. One of the guys that boarded with us was on a separate bus than his luggage (completely Greyhound's fault) and nobody seemed to care.

They explained it would be 15 minutes, and then two hours later we got in the bus. That was it. Also, I carried my son's ashes on a luggage and they bruised his urn. I was highly upset and had to do my exercises to calm myself. It was unacceptable though. Next, there was a guy with shit running down his jeans at one of our stops...and they just... read more

As for right now I have been sitting here in Orlando bus terminal for about five hours waiting . The bus was supposed to leave at 10:20 p.m. it is 3:29 a.m. we have a bus but we don't have a driver now if you knew that was short on drivers why schedule buses at a certain time knowing you don't have anybody to drive them so my experience with Greyhound is terrible I would not recommend to Greyhound to anybody and I will never travel on Greyhound again
