I have severe anxiety and was traveling by myself and no one was ever nice to me except this one old lady in Fayetteville NC. Also fair warning!!!! THERE IS NO BOARDING CALLS OUTSIDE. I truly think that the entire terminal is discriminatory against smokers

Greyhound messed up my friend schedule and she came in much later then expected and then when she was supposed to leave they put the wrong date and not to mention they put she was departing from NC instead of Kissimmee. Come on greyhound step up your game and do these people right...this make me NOT want to Take a greyhound ever.
every time I catch a greyhound my driver makes it impossible to catch my connecting bus this is my last time your service sucks
Recommendedbuses ran 4 hours behind it's n9w midnight and I was supposed to be in Jacksonville FL at 945
My bus left late from Jacksonville and the bus that I had to take to Miami left and I was stuck in Orlando for three hours so I arrived late to my destination .Miami.
Bus was late, but still beats the hell out of those stupid airplanes and airports
It’s a nice and quite ride. The buses are very clean. I have the to say the bus station in Orlando needed more attention. Otherwise this is my second trip on Gray hound and I am pleased. The driver was very courteous and helpful. Go Gray Hound!!
Never ever with this company again!!! Their drivers are angry!! And acting horrible to people!!!! Who are by the way paying them!!! By using this shit-line!!! I’ve seen a lot of drivers yelling at the customers but today,after i loaded in the bus and asked nicely the driver to get off quickly and use the toilet ( it was 6:17 and the bus was scheduled to leave at 6:25), the driver started to YELL at me infront of everybody,that he is leaving without me!!!!
