Very bad service, horrible customer service and the buses almost never leave at the time when I buy.
When arriving to pick someone up from this location, my pregnant sister and I had to use the restroom. Apparently you have to have a ticket to use the restroom.. very disrespectful, employee needs to have a talk with management about manners.
everything, I had a great experience going as well as coming home. they even made things easier for me due to me being on crutches. I will definitely Go Greyhound again
this was the worst trip for someone who is disabled there is no help for you it security people are very crude rude and abrasive plus they changed the price of my ticket rerouted it and didn't refund the money back I will never take Greyhound again plus when you buy the food it was over priced for 2 chicken legs and 2 thighs was 11 dollars was old chicken dried up and nasty
this is one of the newer buses good AC filled to the rim.
