The price is right. The bus was on-time. Orlando Greyhound station was clean. They have hot food at the station and vending machines.

omg idk these grey hounds are confusing had to sit 12 hours a whole day from 530pm to 530 Am now this wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't on the bus for 3 days already and it's a 3 hour drive from Orlando to Fort Myers would walk but it's a 2 day Hike and a 14 hour Bike ride should offer alternate rides for cases like this would have paid alil more if that was the case but all in out the service was kinda good in some places like Orlando but not all of them great for people like me that can't afford to fly or is scared of heig... read more

The Orlando Greyhound station, is deplorable, the Costumer service personnel have zero skills to work with Costumers. On Monday July 29 I had an emergency and booked for 5:00 a.m trip, ended up leaving at 11:00 p.m tired, worried, stressed because the the only receptionist there would not give me a single update she was treating everyone like trash. she would rudely tell you to sit or she would get you kicked out for wanting to know at what time a bus would arrive for the 5:am trip.
