For my first time using the bus I can tell it was horrible, let’s start for delays all of the trips were delay??? Or it was because you want to fill a bus which is understanding but let us know I was with my mom and dad 78 and 75 years let’s have some empathy is people your employees in Philadelphia station don’t have any curtesy at all and on top they’re rude as well, but the worst part your bus are so dusty and dirty that it make nauseous your bath was cleans but you keep the 🚌 with a urine smell, this’s not FREE at least... read more

My 1st time in 45 years on a greyhound it was on time going from Tampa to Orlando n going to Fort Lauderdale on 6/25 we supposed to leave at 12 midnight and then they tell us that is going to be two hours and a half delay. So we got in the bus at 2:30 am ,we didn’t get a A refund or free bus ride anywhere for waiting so long... I took the mega bus to Tampa there was no problem
The bus was a hour late I was suppose to get home at 9:45 but I didn’t get home until 11:05
The people working there is mean...the security guard thinks he's an FBI agent...super rude...the lady behind the counter at the food area,rude....in general I though for a moment...MY FIRST TIME IN PRISON....never again...
Service sucked, the bus was an hour and a half late. Got into Orlando at 1210 am. 2 women at counter walk off when we started lining up. Guy came out at 1220 and said shift change. He walked away and now it is 1234 am and no one had been waited on.
Worst customer service ever. Lady was so rude on the phone wasn’t willing to help at all . Will never ride with them again.

We were booked on a bus from Toronto to Niagara Falls but due to technical issues at the airport we missed the bus by 5 mins. When I asked the lady at the desk all she said was that we would have to pay a charge to change the ticket to the next day as this was the last bus that day and find somewhere to stay in the airport. I was shocked at how poor the customer service adviser was. I then tried to obtain a refund but they have refused.
