If I could give it a zero I would. I missed my aunt's funeral bc none of their drivers came to work. The one that did show left 2 minutes early. We literally watched him back out of the spot and turn the corner. They told us the driver would wait because they were expecting us and knew of.the extenuating circumstances. I like having to show your ticket to get in the waiting area you need to do this in Atlanta I hate having to go through Atlanta that has got to be the worst place ever
Even if the bus is late they get me where I need to go when I ride, and it's usually a pleasant experience, for, uh, over 10 years riding. Until today at the Orlando Station where security guard initials ,C.H. Decided to curse me out because I had an electronic ticket, and wanted to search me, as I take off my backpack she said fuck you leave and tried to kick me out of the station, why, because I'm not moving fast enough for her? While waiting at the Orlando location, I brought food from the local KFC. When I sat down at a table in the restaurant to eat my food, I was immediately confronted by a rude employee. I was told that I'm not allowed to eat KFC in front of her. I offered to purchase food from her so I could sit here but she refused. She got in my face and escorted me out of the restaurant area. This station was very clean, liked the idea of food but coffee and donuts or rolls or bagels would be nice when it’s 10am - and 1 hour delay because there was NO DRIVER ????? What’s that all abt?
GREYHOUND BUS NEVER CAM TO OUR STOP (Edit as of 1/10/18) Still no call. I called. I emailed. No response. This company sold my seats after selling them to me but wont give my money back. It's criminal. 12/26/17 7:30AM. Bitter cold. The bus never arrived. We were 15 minutes early. We waited for 45 minutes. I called 3 help lines that just kept giving me other numbers to call. It's my first time ride with Greyhound bus , my trip was from Orlando to Jacksonville, FL .. my trip was at 1:10 PM & should arrive at 4:40 PM ... we got daily 7 Hours .. Why ? Because the riders was over than 120 and one bus not enough to cary all this number, there's no another bus & we have to wait next trip at 7:30 PM, I asked the information officer What s the problem? He said it's a Holiday time & no drivers .. I said ... so Why u booked to us if there's no Drivers ? ... NO Answer... !!!
I do not recommend Greyhound , we bought tickets in advance and our bus were delayed by almost 3 hours!! Nobody gave us explanation either compensation! Do not use it!
ATTENTION! PLEASE READ! The bus driver on the bus traveling from Miami to Orlando at 10:50 on the 12/28/17 abused my family when they became scared of the aggravated bus driver who was nasty and awful from the beginning of the trip! Not to just my family but to all guest aboard this bus! Pushing them and screaming at them that they could not get off the bus!
